Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Little Lux Boutique.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Estimated Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 9 business days.

The total estimated time from the date an order is placed until delivery is approximately:

  • Up to 3 business days for order processing.
  • Approximately 9 business days for shipping and delivery.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is therefore approximately 12 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Little Lux Boutique should advertise these timeframes only when it has a reasonable basis to believe orders can be shipped within the stated period. If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, applicable rules may require notifying the customer and offering the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Shipping Destinations

We ship only to countries and regions available during checkout.

Shipping availability, charges, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

A shipping option appearing at checkout does not guarantee delivery to an address that is incomplete, inaccurate, restricted, or otherwise undeliverable.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping rates may depend on:

  • The delivery destination.
  • The products included in the order.
  • The selected shipping method.
  • Available shipping promotions.

When free shipping is offered, the applicable conditions will be shown at checkout or in the relevant promotion.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing their tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Temporary delays or missing tracking scans do not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspections.
  • Severe weather or natural disasters.
  • Public holidays.
  • High-volume shopping periods.
  • Transportation interruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Other unexpected operational events.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

Shopify recommends clearly displaying processing and delivery timelines before checkout and informing customers about changes, delays, and possible customs charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Little Lux Boutique is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or packages returned because of incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again, where permitted by law.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Little Lux Boutique does not control customs charges or customs-processing times.

Customers should review the import requirements of their country before placing an order.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Little Lux Boutique may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, or carriers to prepare and ship orders.

As a result, products may be shipped from a location different from the customer’s country or from the location associated with Little Lux Boutique.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual length of time or the package appears to be lost, contact us at:

Please include your order number and tracking information.

We will review the available information and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.

A package is not automatically considered lost solely because tracking updates are delayed.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check the delivery area and any secure locations around the address.
  2. Ask members of your household or building staff.
  3. Check with nearby neighbors.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.
  5. Contact us at teamchaguarx@gmail.com if the package remains missing.

Little Lux Boutique is not automatically responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us promptly at teamchaguarx@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect.

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging, when applicable.

Claims involving damaged or incorrect items will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned because they were unclaimed may be treated as returns.

Where permitted by law, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, and related expenses may be deducted from any refund unless the delivery failure resulted from an error by Little Lux Boutique or the carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Local Consumer Rights

This policy applies to customers worldwide.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws of the country or region where the customer lives.

Where local law provides customers with greater rights than those described in this policy, those rights will apply.
